How to Make Rice Pudding
Rice pudding is a simple, very popular dessert. You can make this rice pudding recipe as a quick dessert that both adults and kids will love.

- 1/2 cup Egyptian rice
- 1 1/2 liters of milk
- 1 cup sugar or more to taste
- Orange blossom water
- 1 teaspoon mastika
- 1 teaspoon butter
Method

- Let the rice boil over low heat until halfway cooked and the starch releases, then add the milk and sugar. Sugar amount to taste.
- Let the ingredients simmer on low heat with constant stirring to prevent the milk from sticking... Let them boil for about an hour. When the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency, turn off the heat and add the finely ground mastika and orange blossom water.
