Ingredients
- Thin pasta, boiled and drained
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Ground meat
- Salt
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of seven-spice
- A pinch of oregano - dried thyme
- Basil - optional
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste - or as needed
- Half a liter of water - or as needed

Method
- Cook the pasta, drain it, and set it aside.
- In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until they soften.
- Add the ground meat and sauté until cooked through.
- Add the spices, salt, herbs, tomato sauce and water, and leave to boil until the sauce thickens.
- Finally add the cooked pasta and let everything simmer for 5 minutes before removing the pot from the heat.Timers: 5 min
