- 1 cup small whole lentils
- 1 cup Egyptian rice
- 2 dry onions
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Method:
- First remove impurities from the lentils, wash them well, place them in a deep pot and cover with water.
- Meanwhile, slice the onions thinly and dip them in flour to get crispy, delicious onions.
