Ingredients

- 1 kilo flour
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 large tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup oil

Method

- Mix the yeast, water, milk, sugar, salt, and oil together.
- Put the flour in a bowl, then start adding the mixture we combined and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Knead for at least 10 minutes, then cover the dough with a piece of plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for an hour or more, depending on the temperature.Timers: 10 min
- After the time has passed, cut the dough into round discs of the size you want, then roll them out on a clean surface dusted with flour.
- Spread the desired fillings inside the thin dough rounds and bake them in a hot oven.
