A delicious homemade barazek recipe that has been tested and will definitely work for you! One of our favorite biscuit recipes.

Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1 cup ghee

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons milk powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

Sesame seeds

2 tablespoons syrup or sugar syrup

Preparation:

Knead the flour with the ghee very well, then add the remaining ingredients: sugar, water, milk powder, salt, and baking powder.

Continue kneading well until you have a smooth dough, then set it aside for 5 minutes.

Place the sesame seeds in a wide bowl, then pour over the syrup or sugar syrup mixed with 1 tablespoon of water.

Shape the dough into circles or fingers, as desired.

Dip them in the sesame and syrup mixture, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
