Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- To wash the chicken:
- Lemon pieces
- Salt
- Vinegar
- A pinch of flour
- The marinade:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- A pinch of onion powder
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A pinch of garlic powder
- 1 medium spoon tawook seasoning
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Method
- Wash the chicken well by rubbing it with lemon, salt, and vinegar... rinse it with water, then rub it with flour... rinse again with water and drain
- Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized cubes
- Mix the marinade ingredients and let the chicken pieces soak overnight, or for at least 2 hoursTimers: 120 min
- After the time has passed... thread the tawook pieces onto metal or wooden skewers soaked in water... and grill them
- Serve garlic sauce alongside the tawook
