  • 2 bunches green za'atar, chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, chopped with the peel
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sumac

Method

  1. Wash the vegetables well and dry them.
  2. Place the chopped, washed, and dried green za'atar in a serving dish.
