How to Make Fried Endive?

Fried endive is a delicious and nutritious vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- 4 bunches of endive (alat)
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- Lemon, to taste
- Salt

Method
- Clean the endive and wash it.
- Boil it, drain it, then squeeze it well and chop it with a knife — this method is easier than mincing before boiling.
- Slice the onion and fry it in olive oil until it takes a light golden color.
- Set aside a little of the fried onion for garnish and add the endive to the remaining onion, then toss.
- After a short sauté, add the garlic and lemon juice, stir, then turn off the heat.
- Garnish with the reserved onions and let it cool before serving.
