Fettuccine pasta... our recipe made properly and in full detail.. We hope you like it

Ingredients:

3 boneless chicken breasts

1 medium onion

1 (500 g) package fettuccine pasta

2 cups milk

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons flour

1/4 cup heavy cream, or a container of unsweetened qashta cream

1 can sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

White pepper

Black pepper

Salt to taste

Parsley for garnish

Method of Preparation :

Chop the garlic cloves into small pieces
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and a little of the chopped garlic, then stir
Add the chicken breasts cut into small cubes over the garlic and stir
When the chicken turns golden, season with salt and white pepper, stir, and turn off the heat. In another pot, add a little butter, the remaining chopped garlic, and the finely chopped onion, then stir over medium heat
When the onion changes color, add the sliced mushrooms and stir for five minutes with a pinch of white pepper and salt
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir in a circular motion, then pour in the cream or qashta with the milk and stir in a circular motion until the mixture comes to a boil
Add the cheese to the mixture, stirring, then add the previously fried chicken. Let this mixture simmer over low heat until it thickens slightly
Boil the pasta in salted water with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, then drain it and place it in a serving dish
Pour the milk, cream, and chicken mixture over the pasta and garnish with parsley, grated cheese, or as desired

Note : You can mix the pasta with the white chicken mixture, place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle mozzarella on top, then put the baking dish in the oven for 5 minutes so the cheese browns on top only
