Egg pie... delicious, nutritious, and satisfying for breakfast. Here is the dough with two different fillings

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cup very cold butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons ice-cold water

Filling:

Grated cheese

Sausage

4 eggs

500 g mushrooms, sliced

2 small onions, peeled

2 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

A pinch of oregano or dried thyme

Salt

Black Pepper

Grated cheese

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and butter and rub until crumbly
Add the ice-cold water and mix the dough well
Divide the dough into four portions, wrap in a bag, and refrigerate for about half an hour
Roll the dough out on a clean surface, sprinkle with cheese, then spread the sausage and fold the edges over as shown in the picture
Brush the top with beaten egg
Bake in a hot oven at 200°C for about ten minutes
Remove, top with the eggs, and bake again until the eggs are cooked

You can prepare another filling for the same pie:

In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onion slices until they soften
Add garlic slices and sauté
Add mushrooms and cook until they soften
Season with salt and pepper, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a pinch of oregano, and cook for about five minutes
Let the filling cool, then follow the same steps for the dough and baking method, replacing the sausage with this filling
