Half a kilo chicken breast Half a kilo boneless chicken thighs Chicken soaking marinade 2 cups liquid milk Chicken seasoning 1 tablespoon vinegar Juice of half a lemon A pinch of black pepper A pinch of ground ginger A pinch of paprika A pinch of garlic powder Salt 1 and a half cups flour 2 eggs For coating the chicken: 2 and a half cups flour 1 and a half cups breadcrumbs (ground bread crumbs) A pinch of chicken seasoning A pinch of paprika powder A pinch of black pepper Ground ginger A pinch of cinnamon Salt Half a teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Method:

Mix all the marinade ingredients, then finally add the eggs and whisk with a hand whisk until the marinade is well combined.
Pour it over the chicken and leave it to marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the fridge.
After the time has passed, mix the coating ingredients, then dip the chicken pieces in it on all sides.
Fry the chicken in plenty of hot oil. Once you add it to the oil, lower the heat and let the chicken cook over medium, not high, heat until cooked through.
Remove the crispy chicken from the oil when it turns crisp and golden red.
