Method
- Start by preparing the first layer: grind the plain biscuits into a fine crumb, mix with the custard powder, press into a springform cheesecake pan, and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
- For the second layer, put the milk with the cornstarch and vanilla in a small pot over the heat and stir constantly; when the mixture thickens add the white chocolate pieces and continue stirring until the mixture is thick.
- Turn off the heat and remove from the stove, stir a little until it cools, then spread it over the biscuit layer and refrigerate until cold.
- For the third layer, mix the milk with the cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar and instant coffee....
- Mix well and place over heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens; add the butter and remove from the heat, stir until the mixture cools, then pour it over the second layer and refrigerate for 3 hours
