  • First layer ingredients:
  • 1 pack plain (non‑filled) biscuits
  • 3/4 cup custard powder
  • Second layer ingredients:
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • vanilla
  • 6 pieces white chocolate
  • Third layer ingredients:
  • 700 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (Nescafé)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  1. Start by preparing the first layer: grind the plain biscuits into a fine crumb, mix with the custard powder, press into a springform cheesecake pan, and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  2. For the second layer, put the milk with the cornstarch and vanilla in a small pot over the heat and stir constantly; when the mixture thickens add the white chocolate pieces and continue stirring until the mixture is thick.
  3. Turn off the heat and remove from the stove, stir a little until it cools, then spread it over the biscuit layer and refrigerate until cold.
  4. For the third layer, mix the milk with the cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar and instant coffee....
  5. Mix well and place over heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens; add the butter and remove from the heat, stir until the mixture cools, then pour it over the second layer and refrigerate for 3 hours
