Method

  1. Soak Chinese vermicelli for 7 minutes in boiling water, then drain and run under cold water.
    Timers: 7 min
  2. Place the vermicelli in a wide serving dish, mix with all the ingredients, then drizzle with the dressing.
  3. Optional: add sliced olives, with garlic, cooked chicken and shrimp fried in butter with nuts to taste, but it can also be kept vegetarian.
