  • Boneless chicken breasts, shredded and cut into long, thin strips
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of paprika
  • A pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of fajita seasoning
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into long thin strips
  • Hot pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Serve the chicken fajita with avocado sauce, which is:
  • 1 avocado mashed with two tablespoons mayonnaise and a pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients and marinate the chicken; refrigerate or start cooking right away.
  2. Sauté the chicken with all the ingredients until the chicken is cooked. In the end, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and fill each sandwich with fajita filling.
  3. Alternatively, if you prefer, sauté the chicken first for 5 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and cook until everything is done.
