How to Make Chicken Burgers

- Half a kilo of boneless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons grated onion powder
- A pinch of oregano or wild thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Method
- Grind the chicken well, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into round patties of the desired size and place them in the freezer for half an hour.
- Prepare two sheets of plastic wrap and place each burger ball, after brushing it with a little oil, on one sheet of plastic wrap. Cover it with the second sheet and press down using the bottom of a bowl with a suitable round base, or any suitable tool, to form round burger patties.
- Lift the patty and coat it well with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all the mixture is used up. The patties can also be frozen for later use.
- Brush a baking tray with oil and arrange the patties in it. Brush the tops with a little oil and place them in a preheated oven. Bake from the top and bottom, then add slices of cheese after they are cooked.
- Or fry the burgers in a pan.
