How to Make Cake Pops

- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 liter milk
- buttercream or liquid whipping cream combined with butter
- nuts
- shredded coconut
- chocolate shavings
- food coloring
Method
- Beat the sugar with the butter using an electric mixer.
- Add the eggs and continue beating until the sugar dissolves... then add the vanilla and flour and beat.
- Next, add the baking powder and milk and beat for about 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Grease the baking pan with butter, then dust it lightly with flour to prevent sticking.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about half an hour.
- Let the cake cool, then remove the brown layer and crumble it with your hands. Add cocoa powder and buttercream to the cake crumbs and mix well.
- Roll the cake mixture into balls, then dip them in nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate as desired. You can also use food coloring as you like.
- Note: You can replace buttercream with dessert whipping cream and add butter to it.
