Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for desserts)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar

Method

  1. Put all ingredients together in a pot over the stove and stir well.
  2. Heat until you obtain a smooth drink; when it comes to a couple of small boils, remove from the heat.
  3. Serve hot chocolate immediately, garnished with marshmallows or whipped cream.
