Ingredients

  • كوب ونصف من الماء الفاتر
  • ملعقه كبيره خميره
  • 3 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
  • ملعقه صغيرة فانليلا
  • ملعقه كبيرة خل
  • ربع كوب زيت
  • 4 او 5 اكواب طحين
  • للتشكيل 100 غرام زبده

Method

  1. نعجن كل المكونات جيداً .. حوالي 10 دقائق
    Timers: 10 min
  2. نترك عجينة الكرواسون ترتاح نصف ساعة
  3. نكور العجينة الى 10 طابات او كرات بنفس الحجم
  4. نتركها ترتاح ربع ساعة.. ثم نبدأ برقّ او مدّ طابات العجين الى دوائر
  5. بعد الانتهاء من رقّ العجين، نبدأ بدهنها زبدة ونضع كل واحده من الطبقات فوق الأخرى... ثم نضعها في الفريزر الثلاجة حتى تجمد الزبدة
  6. بعدها، نرقّ العجينة مرة أخرى... نرقّها بشكل دائره كبيره ثم نقطعها الى مثلثات ونحشيها ونلفها
  7. بعد حشي الكرواسون بالزعتر او الجبنة او الشوكولا اي حسب الرغبة، نتركه ساعتين ليتضاعف حجمه
  8. ندهن الوجه بالبيض او الحليب قبل وضع الحبات على ورق زبدة بصينية وخبزها حتى تنضج
