Ingredients
- Half a liter liquid milk
- Half a cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 pieces soft cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vinegar

Method
- Put all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend well
- When the ingredients are well combined, transfer them to a nonstick pot and place over low heat
- Continue stirring the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until you get a firm, cohesive mixture
- Pour the cheese mixture into a rectangular mold and cover the mold with kitchen plastic wrap
- Place the cheese mold in the refrigerator (not the freezer) until the next day, or until it has set well and is ready to serve
