Healthy qarqish with an easy recipe.. there is no doubt that many people will benefit from this recipe
Ingredients
- 140 g flour or wheat flour (any type of flour can be used)
- 120 g oats
- 100 g mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 40 g sesame seeds
- 20 g flax seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, dried parsley, or rosemary can be used)
- 400 to 420 ml water
- Note:
- This quantity is enough to make three medium-sized trays
Method
- In a bowl, put the flour and 400 ml of water and stir them together
- Add the oats and the rest of the ingredients and mix... you should get a loose mixture, not too stiff and not too runny
- On a lined baking tray, place a little of the mixture and spread it out on the tray... so that the mixture becomes thin
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 C for about ten minutes
- Remove the tray from the oven and cut it lengthwise and crosswise while it is still hot
- Return it to the oven until the qarqish are toasted... this will take about 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- When we take the qarqish out of the oven... separate them from each other
