Grilled meat over charcoal is delicious however it is prepared, but our recipe is a little unconventional... meat with peanuts! We hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Tender, lean meat for grilling
  • The marinade:
  • Ground peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Grilling spices
  • Very little water, about 2 tablespoons only, to mix the marinade

Method

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients well
  2. Pour them over the meat cut into cubes and toss to coat
  3. Let the meat marinate for a sufficient time — at least two hours or overnight
  4. Thread the meat pieces onto metal skewers and grill them over charcoal
