Grilled meat over charcoal is delicious however it is prepared, but our recipe is a little unconventional... meat with peanuts! We hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients
- Tender, lean meat for grilling
- The marinade:
- Ground peanuts
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Grilling spices
- Very little water, about 2 tablespoons only, to mix the marinade

Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients well
- Pour them over the meat cut into cubes and toss to coat
- Let the meat marinate for a sufficient time — at least two hours or overnight
- Thread the meat pieces onto metal skewers and grill them over charcoal
