- Fish suitable for grilling
- Cherry tomatoes
- Garlic
- Fresh hot pepper
- Fresh cilantro or parsley
- Fish spice mix
- Ground cumin
- Lemon
- Salt
- Tartor sauce:
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- a pinch of salt
- a drizzle of olive oil
- a squeeze of lemon juice

Method
- Wash the fish well with salt and lemon juice, clean the inside, and leave the scales on.
