Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Spices: paprika, curry, mixed spice, chicken seasoning, ground cinnamon, garlic powder
- Bay leaves
- Cardamom pods
- Cinnamon sticks
- Ground ginger or fresh grated ginger
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- A little vegetable oil
- A little pomegranate molasses
- Crushed garlic or garlic slices
- Tomatoes, onion, and colorful sweet peppers, cut into cubes

Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces cut into cubes with a pinch of each powdered spice and the whole aromatics, salt, lemon juice (according to the quantity of chicken and preference), oil, pomegranate molasses, and garlic for two hours
- Thread cubes of pepper, tomato, and onion between the chicken pieces on shish tawook skewers (if they are wooden, soak them in cold water for at least half an hour before using)
- Grill the shish tawook on the grill over low heat, turning until well cooked, or cook it over charcoal
