Ingredients
- Frozen shrimp
- Salt
- A pinch of turmeric (for color)
- A pinch of paprika
- A dash of vegetable oil
Method
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and rinse the shrimp briefly in the boiling water, then drain them.
- Remove the dark vein from the back of each shrimp, rinse again, and drain well to remove any excess water.
- Sprinkle with salt, the spices, and oil, and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto wooden skewers (soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes beforehand).Timers: 30 min
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on the griddle, grill, or even an oven tray, lay the skewers on it, and grill them.
