1 tablespoon ground anise

1 tablespoon ground mastic

\r\n

2 teaspoons baking powder

\r\n

1 teaspoon baking soda

sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation:

Mix fine semolina with the fat and grape molasses, then add the remaining spices and flavorings.

\r\n

Gradually add the flour and knead until the dough is cohesive and a bit stiff.

\r\n

Take small portions and shape by hand or with a cookie cutter. Dip the top of each piece in sesame seeds. Arrange on baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven, placing them on the middle rack.
