- Nectarine
- Mango
- A squeeze of lemon to help keep the fruit from browning
- Pineapple juice, natural - optional

Method
- Wash the fruit well and drain it
- Remove and discard the hard seeds
- Cut the fruit into medium or small pieces... you can add or omit any fruit you like
- Add a squeeze of lemon to prevent the fruit from darkening after cutting
- Finally, add the optional pineapple juice and mix
- Refrigerate the fruit salad for one hour before serving so the flavors meld
- Serve it with vanilla ice cream if desired, or serve it on its own
