Flourless Cake
A very light, biscuit-based flourless cake — an inventive and easy dessert. No flour required and perfect for experimenting with flavors.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups crushed biscuits (plain, Oreo, or any type you like)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk the eggs with the vanilla and sugar
- Add the milk and oil and continue whisking
- Add the crushed biscuits with the baking powder and mix well
- Grease the cake pan with oil or line it with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it
- Place the flourless cake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until cookedTimers: 20 min
