Ingredients

  • Soft feta cheese
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Peeled almonds

Method

  1. Place the soft feta cheese in a slightly deep bowl...
  2. Place the peeled almonds in a nonstick pan over the heat without adding any oil.
  3. Toast the almonds for a few minutes until they turn lightly golden. Add the almonds over the cheese. Add the chopped parsley as well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll it in the pomegranate seeds.
  6. Garnish as desired.
