Method
- Wash the vegetables and let them drain well. Draining the vegetables is essential for preparing a successful and fresh salad.
- Coarsely chop the vegetables, except for the purslane, mint, and parsley, which can be picked (leaves only).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Then pour over the chopped vegetables and mix.
- Fry a loaf of bread cut into medium cubes in hot, deep oil for only a few seconds until golden.
- Place the fried bread over the Fattoush vegetables and finally drizzle a little pomegranate molasses on top.
