  • Ready entrecote beef, cut very thinly (you can see a photo of the meat in the photo gallery)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Beef spices
  • A pinch of beef shawarma spice
  • A pinch of Philadelphia seasoning
  • Sandwich bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Method

  1. Slice the ready entrecote meat into thin slices.
  2. Put vegetable oil in a wide frying pan over the heat; when the oil is hot, add the sliced meat.
  3. Stir the meat well until its color changes, then add the various spices.
  4. It is not necessary to add salt to the meat because of all the other sandwich ingredients so it does not become too salty.
  5. Spread the sandwich bread with mayonnaise and mustard and put some of the fried meat inside each sandwich.
  6. Place the entrecote sandwiches on a sandwich press or toaster and press them to obtain the desired crispy texture.
