- 2 eggs, beaten with 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour

Method
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla, then add the sugar and beat until the mixture is pale and fluffy
- Add the oil and beat, then add the milk and beat
- Sift the flour and baking powder and add them over the loaf cake mixture, then stir with a spoon
- Pour the batter into a rectangular pan greased with a little butter and lightly dusted with flour
- Place the pan in a preheated oven on the middle rack and bake with top and bottom heat at 150°C
- When the loaf cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool before serving
