Eggless Cake with Rich Chocolate Ganache

\nIngredients:\n1 cup milk\n1 cup oil\n1/2 cup water\n1 cup sugar\n1 teaspoon vanilla\n2 tablespoons baking powder\na pinch of salt\n2 cups flour\n4 tablespoons cocoa\n3 tablespoons Nutella\n\nPreparation:\n

First, whisk together the milk, oil, water, and sugar until well combined in a deep bowl.
Add the flour alternately with the vanilla, baking powder, and salt, and continue whisking.
Finally, add the cocoa and Nutella and mix the batter well until smooth and homogeneous.
Grease the cake pan with tahini, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until it puffs up and is fully cooked.
Be careful not to open the oven during baking… When the cake is done, remove it from the oven, set aside, and when cooled, top with rich chocolate ganache or as desired.
