First, whisk together the milk, oil, water, and sugar until well combined in a deep bowl.

Add the flour alternately with the vanilla, baking powder, and salt, and continue whisking.

Finally, add the cocoa and Nutella and mix the batter well until smooth and homogeneous.

Grease the cake pan with tahini, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until it puffs up and is fully cooked.

Be careful not to open the oven during baking… When the cake is done, remove it from the oven, set aside, and when cooled, top with rich chocolate ganache or as desired.

  • 3 tablespoons Nutella

Method

  1. Start by mixing the milk, oil, water, and sugar together—beat well in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the flour alternately with the vanilla, baking powder, and salt, and continue to beat.
  3. Finally add the cocoa and Nutella and mix well until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter.
  4. Grease the cake pan with tahini, pour in the batter, and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C; bake for 40 minutes or until risen and fully cooked.

  5. Be careful not to open the oven while the cake is baking. When the cake is done, remove it from the oven, set it aside, and when cooled, decorate it with the rich chocolate sauce or as desired.
