Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breasts, cut into wide, thin slices
- White pepper
- Salt
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper

- Escalope seasoning (instead of all the spices listed above)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons or 1 cup flour
- Crushed biscuits (breadcrumbs)

Method
- Prepare the marinade in which you will soak the chicken fillets overnight: mix flour, milk, vinegar with white and black pepper, garlic and onion powder and ginger (a pinch of each) or omit these and use ready-made crispy seasoning.
- Adjust the salt, stir the marinade and soak the chicken in it for the next day.
- Drain the chicken, then coat both sides with crushed breadcrumbs after adding a pinch of salt and a pinch of white pepper to the crumbs.
- Fry the egg-free escalopes in plentiful oil or in a small amount of oil in a skillet until cooked through and golden.
- Serve with potatoes, coleslaw, garlic sauce and ketchup.
