Easy tuna salad — who doesn't love it, especially when sudden evening hunger strikes!
Ingredients
- Canned tuna
- Lettuce
- White cabbage
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Grated carrot
- Corn
- Cooked pasta (shapes)
- Sliced olives
- Dressing:
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Oil

Method
- Chop the vegetables into medium or fine pieces.
- Arrange the vegetables, olives, and pasta in layers on top of each other without mixing.
- Place the tuna, drained of liquid or oil, on top.
- Prepare the dressing separately: mix the ingredients and serve it on the side rather than pouring it over the tuna and vegetables — this keeps the vegetables crisp.
- Serve the tuna salad chilled, with the dressing on the side.
