Spinach stew is one of the tastiest and easiest stews to make, not to mention how quick it is to prepare as long as the spinach has already been washed! The challenge in this recipe is washing the spinach well; the rest is done in no time!

Spinach stew with a delicious homemade recipe and very tasty flavor
Ingredients
- Spinach
- 2 tbsp fried pine nuts - optional
- 1 tbsp ghee + 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- Ground meat
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 1 green chili pepper or chili powder
- 1 cup water
- Lemon juice

Method
- Wash the spinach after soaking it in salt and vinegar for 15 minutes
- After washing it several times.. drain it well then chop it coarsely
- Put the spinach aside and begin preparing the filling
- In a pot over the heat... fry the pine nuts in oil and ghee.. when the pine nuts darken, add the onion and garlic
- Stir until the onion and garlic soften, then add the meat and stir
- When the meat is cooked, add the finely chopped cilantro and stir
- Add the finely chopped green pepper or powder, then the spinach and stir so they wilt slightly
- Add water and let them boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave them for a quarter of an hour or until the spinach stew is cooked
- Finally sprinkle a little lemon juice on top and turn off the heat
- Serve the fluffy rice with vermicelli alongside the stew
