Potato kibbeh is one of the tastiest recipes, and it can be made in more than one way... Here’s this delicious and easy version.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of bulgur
  • 4 tablespoons kibbeh spice mix
  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • Salt

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked
  2. Soak the bulgur and kibbeh spice mix in a little water until the bulgur swells
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes, add the bulgur and cumin or kibbeh spice mix, adjust the salt, and mash everything well
  4. Spread the potato kibbeh on a serving dish and drizzle the top with olive oil
  5. Serve it with vegetables such as onion, radish, tomato, and fresh mint....
