Easy Nutella Cake
Nutella cake... mmm, delicious and definitely calorie-rich — but who cares! A small slice won't make a difference, right? :) Serve it to your kids; it's tastier than any store-bought cake and they'll be delighted to take it to school!

Nutella cake... a simple cake whose success lies in its simplicity :) especially since it's chocolate
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup lemon zest
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 200 g Nutella or about 3/4 cup
Method
- Place the eggs in an electric mixer and beat on high speed. Add the vanilla to the eggs
- After a short while, add the sugar and beat until it dissolves and the mixture turns pale
- Add the melted butter, warm milk, and lemon zest, and beat
- When the mixture is combined, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder and mix. Finally add the Nutella and beat
- Grease a cake pan with oil and dust with flour ... then pour the Nutella cake batter into it
- Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat) and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or as needed, watching carefullyTimers: 30 min
- When the cake has cooled, turn it out of the pan and serve at room temperature
