Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour quarter cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons sugar a pinch of salt 2 tablespoons instant yeast 1 cup warm milk quarter cup warm water sesame
  • Sift the flour, then mix it with the salt and oil.
  • Dissolve the yeast with the warm water and sugar aside, then add them to the dough... after that add the warm milk and knead the hamburger bun dough well
  • Let the hamburger bun dough rise for about half an hour or until the dough doubles in size...
  • Divide the hamburger dough into circles the size you want, then dip the tops of the dough circles in sesame and press them so they are slightly flattened...
  • Place the hamburger bun circles on a baking tray greased with oil, and let them rise again for about an hour...
  • Brush oil onto the bun dough circles again, place the buns in a preheated oven at 400°F or 180°C or the appropriate setting for baked goods in your oven...
  • Leave the hamburger buns in the oven for about 20 minutes.
