Easy Cupcake Recipe
Very easy, quick home recipe for making cupcakes and decorating them. Make cupcakes in your own kitchen and the kids will adore them, especially the girls :) Perfect for birthday parties or gatherings as the method is simpler than you think.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 120 g milk (room temperature)
- Decorations: FarmVille cupcake toppers, chocolate sprinkles, or colored cupcake beads
- Buttercream frosting
- 340 g butter, softened
- 350 g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch salt
- colored sprinkles or store-bought cupcake decorations

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the butter over the sugar and vanilla and whip until creamy, then add the eggs one at a time and continue whipping, then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
- Fold the batter with a wooden spoon or spatula, then add the milk and mix well.
- Sprinkles: add the small colored sprinkles to the batter and stir gently so they don't melt into it before baking.
- Spoon the batter into cupcake liners and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes; test with a toothpick to ensure they are done.Timers: 20 min
- Buttercream:
- 340 grams soft butter
- 350 grams powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- Colored sprinkles or ready cupcake decorations
- How to make the buttercream:
- Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla, and salt until you have a creamy mixture, then decorate the cupcakes with the buttercream any way you like.
