Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup juice
• 2 tablespoons milk and custard powder
• For the topping:
• 1 chocolate bar
• 1 can Qeemar clotted cream
• 3 tablespoons oil

Method

1. Whisk the eggs well, then add the sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla (sifted together) and beat the mixture.
3. Add the milk, oil, and juice and beat well.
4. Grease the cake pan with oil and dust with flour, then pour the batter into the pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or according to your oven's strength.
6. Melt the can of cream with the chocolate and oil and spread it over the hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
