- Juice of 1 small lemon
- A pinch of white pepper

Method
- In a blender, mash the avocado after scooping it out with a spoon, and add a squeeze of lemon to preserve its color.
- Add a pinch of white pepper and mayonnaise and blend well until the mixture is smooth.
