- زيت
- دجاج
- زبدة او سمنة

Method
- First: clean the dried molokhia leaves and remove the long, dry veins
- Soak the dried molokhia leaves in lukewarm water for half an hour, then rinse them several times until the rinse water is clear
- Drain the leaves and squeeze them well with your hands
- Put a little oil in a nonstick pan over low heat and fry the molokhia until it is well dried, stirring occasionally
- Second: prepare the chicken — wash it well and boil it with lemon peel, a dry onion, and salt only, because strong seasonings can alter the molokhia's flavor
- Third: put butter or ghee in the pot, fry the crushed garlic with the chopped coriander (cilantro), then add the fried molokhia on top
- Add the chicken cooking broth to the pot and let the molokhia simmer over medium heat until the leaves are cooked
- Finally, add lemon juice to taste and the deboned chicken, stir and remove from the heat
- You can add red or green hot pepper to the molokhia if desired
- Serve the dried molokhia alongside rice cooked with vermicelli; add lemon juice to taste when serving
