Ingredients
- 1 packet digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- Crème pâtissière or vanilla sauce
- Blueberry jam or strawberry jam, or any jam of choice for the top

Method
- Pulse the biscuits with the butter in a food processor, then press them into a tart or cheesecake pan and pack them down well
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for about half an hour

- Place any type of jam on top of the custard
- Refrigerate the digestive-and-crème pâtissière dessert for at least two hours until the cake sets and is well chilled before serving
