  • 2 tbsp butter, at room temperature
  • Crème pâtissière or vanilla sauce
  • Blueberry jam or strawberry jam, or any jam of choice for the top

Method

  1. Pulse the biscuits with the butter in a food processor, then press them into a tart or cheesecake pan and pack them down well
  2. Chill the pan in the refrigerator for about half an hour

  4. Place any type of jam on top of the custard
  5. Refrigerate the digestive-and-crème pâtissière dessert for at least two hours until the cake sets and is well chilled before serving
