Ingredients

  • زيت زيتون
  • 5 فصوص ثوم
  • علبة صغيرة معجون الطماطم او البندورة
  • 2 بندورة ناضجة
  • مكعب مرق دجاج
  • فلفل اسود

Method

  1. In a blender, add a little olive oil with the garlic, tomato paste, and tomatoes... and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Put them in a pot over the heat with a chicken stock cube and a pinch of black pepper, and let them simmer gently over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.
