Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • For the marinade:
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mustard
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Finely ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 sweet red pepper, or paprika powder
  • Note:
  • You can skip the fresh red pepper and replace it with paprika powder, but fresh pepper tastes better and gives the chicken moisture.

Method

  1. In the blender put all the marinade ingredients and blend them together until combined
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in this mixture for as long as possible (overnight) or at least two hours
  3. After the time has passed, thread the red tawook cubes onto skewers along with pieces of pepper and grill them in the oven or over charcoal as desired until cooked through
