Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken pieces
  • Chicken marinade*
  • Chicken marinade:
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of rosemary
  • Garlic powder
  • Grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
  • Or 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon saffron powder
  • 1 medium tablespoon oregano or wild thyme
  • 1 medium tablespoon dried fennel

Method

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients well.
  2. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces in the mixture for about one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the electric grill and place the chicken pieces to brown slightly, then return them to the baking tray and add 1 cup water with lemon juice, crushed garlic, and salt.
  4. Cover the tray and cook over low heat for about half an hour.
  5. Serve the grilled boneless chicken with garlic sauce, fries or roasted potatoes, and vegetables as desired.
