  • 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 bag of any ready-made corn chips
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • Avocado dip for dunking the crispy chicken:
  • 4 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Parsley
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Chop the ingredients finely, add the crushed garlic and lemon juice, and mix until well combined...

Method

  1. Wash the chicken well, rub it with vinegar and salt, and place it in a colander.
  2. Cut the chicken into thin strips and season them with lemon juice, crushed garlic, and the spices.
  3. Grind the ready-made corn chips in a food processor but keep the chips coarse, not fine.
  4. Mix the flour with the spices and salt.
  5. Dip the chicken pieces or strips in the flour mixture, then in the egg, then in the crushed corn chips.
  6. Deep-fry the chicken strips in hot oil over high heat until fully cooked and golden.
  7. Avocado dip for dunking the crispy chicken:
  8. 4 avocados, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, parsley
  9. Juice of half a lemon
  10. Salt
