Crispy chicken... marinated chicken breasts coated in cornflakes or crushed crackers, delicious served with fries and coleslaw

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts, cut into wide, thick slices White pepper Cornflakes (crushed) Marinade: 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup vinegar White pepper Ground ginger Juice of 1 lemon Garlic powder Onion powder Black pepper

Method:

Mix the marinade ingredients, then marinate the chicken breasts for about 5 hours so they fully absorb the flavors.
After marinating, coat the chicken slices in seasoned crushed cornflakes, making sure each piece is well covered on all sides.
Fry the crispy chicken over medium heat in plenty of hot oil, or use less oil if you prefer shallow frying.
Serve with french fries, ketchup, garlic sauce and coleslaw as desired.
