Ingredients

  • Take an empty clean, dry carton milk box and pour the mixture into it
  • Shake it slightly so the surface of the mixture becomes even
  • Leave it to reach room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the salt in an electric blender.
  2. Place them in a pot over low heat, then add 1/2 teaspoon salt, stirring with a hand whisk until the mixture thickens and becomes custard-like.
  3. Take an empty, washed, and dry cardboard milk carton and pour the mixture into it.
  4. Shake it a little so the surface becomes even.
  5. Let it come to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. Note: You can use any cream cheese to get a loaf with the same flavor as the cheese you used.
